Terms of Service — SACA MCP

Scope of the service

These terms apply to SACA MCP at https://sacacreations.in/mcp, a public information service about Sushobanam Academy of Classical Arts. The service is read-only: it provides published school details, class options, productions, and Library articles. It does not accept bookings, payments, or contact form submissions, or change SACA’s records.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to access private information, bypass safeguards, alter the service, impersonate SACA, or disrupt availability through abusive requests. Do not submit passwords or sensitive personal information.

Accuracy and official sources

Information may change, and the service’s public content may not reflect the latest arrangements. Verify class availability, performance details, and other decisions against the official SACA website or directly with SACA. Answers generated by an AI app may contain errors or interpretations that are not SACA’s statements.

Intellectual property

Access through MCP does not transfer ownership of articles, images, performance material, branding, or other content. Respect the rights of SACA and other rights holders. Request permission where required before reproducing or distributing material; lawful exceptions under applicable law remain unaffected.

Availability and third-party apps

Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Tools and content may be updated, paused, or discontinued. Any AI app you connect has its own terms and privacy practices; these terms cover SACA MCP, not that app.

Limitations and applicable law

The service is offered for general information, without a guarantee of completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law. SACA does not accept responsibility for loss caused by reliance on inaccurate information or service interruptions to the extent such a limitation is lawful.
